✅ Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
⚠️ Refunds are not applicable for digital downloads, services, or customized items once they are delivered.
📦 Return & Refund Process

- Include your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and may ask you to return the product to our return address.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
💳 Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account after verification.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
- Used or damaged products due to customer handling
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital products or services once delivered
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If the product was ordered by mistake or returned without valid reason, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
