Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Refunds are not applicable for digital downloads, services, or customized items once they are delivered.


📦 Return & Refund Process

  1. Email us at Meihitech@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and may ask you to return the product to our return address.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account after verification.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital products or services once delivered

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the product was ordered by mistake or returned without valid reason, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
